All orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS and takes about 3-5 business days to arrive.
Be sure to provide the correct contact info and address when placing your order. If you happen to input an incorrect address, email / contact us ASAP !
If your shipping label were already created, you will have to pay for another shipping in order for us to obtain a new shipping label to correct this !
After tracking numbers have been provided, we are no longer responsible for your package.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for these USPS delays. If your package was delivered but you do not have it, contact your local USPS directly for help.
If there is a case (being mindful that we are a small business & hand-make all our charms individually), where shipping is delayed due to high volume of orders, we will notify you (via email) if it's takes us longer than 5 days to ship out. Your patience is very much appreciated !
